‍Born on April 17, 1985, in Madisonville, KY, I cultivated a strong work ethic from an early age. At just five years old, I contributed to my family's grass-cutting business, tasked with ensuring my Uncle Jesse’s mower remained fueled and operational. Earning one dollar per yard taught me valuable lessons in responsibility and perseverance—principles that have guided my career ever since.I am a proud father of two incredible sons, Corey William Mitchell (21) and Aaron David Mitchell II (16). Witnessing their growth into remarkable young men has been one of my greatest joys.

‍Early Business Ventures & Entrepreneurial Drive

‍At 15, Ray Cape of Cape Motor Company in Anderson, South Carolina, recognized my potential, giving me an opportunity to sell cars. Fueled by determination, I took the initiative to buy and sell cars independently, proving that ambition and hard work can create opportunities. By the age of 18, I had already established a foundation of entrepreneurial success.

‍Career Growth & Strategic Leadership

‍My management career officially began in 2003 when I took on the role of Market Manager in the meat department at Ingles. Responsible for revitalizing underperforming stores, I successfully turned around three locations between 2003 and 2010.In 2010, I obtained my CDL and became a business partner in the struggling trucking company, State Park Transport. Within just 90 days, I led a successful turnaround, increasing annual revenue by more than $750,000. After restoring the company’s financial health, I sold my share back to the original owner, who unfortunately closed the business within six months.

‍Entrepreneurial Success & Business Expansion

‍From 2012 to January 2017, I worked as a driver for Conway LTL. In January 2017, my then-wife and I founded Glenda Mitchell Law Firm with a modest investment of $5,000. Over the next five years, I developed and implemented operational strategies that transformed the firm into an eight-figure business. With just a single attorney and a team of 20 legal assistants, I established a highly efficient system that continues to drive impressive results.Following our divorce in January 2021, I remained Office Manager of the firm until November 2022. In January 2023, I purchased a half-acre of land in Cartersville, Georgia, overseeing the entire build-out, design, and strategic planning for a new business venture. On July 20, 2023, I launched Beauty Bar & Salon by Lucy with my new wife, spearheading business strategy and management to ensure sustainable growth. Today, the salon stands as a thriving industry leader.

‍On October 31, 2023, I accepted the role of Office Manager at Samuel Johnson and Associates, where I remained until resigning on December 6, 2024. As of January 8, 2025, I proudly serve as the CEO of Aaron Mitchell Consulting Firm, dedicated to helping businesses streamline operations and achieve significant growth.We successfully tripled revenue within one year by introducing a transformative business model for personal injury law firms—an approach that not only drives exponential profit growth but also reduces overhead costs. By providing strategic guidance, our firm ensures that clients remain at the forefront of the industry.With over a decade of experience in business leadership and eight years specializing in the personal injury sector, I have developed a results-driven framework that empowers law firms to maximize profitability and achieve sustainable expansion. My career has been defined by vision, perseverance, and a relentless commitment to business excellence.
